Three pieces of information make a useful answer possible: which document, which receiving authority, and whether there is a deadline. You get an itemised written reply, at no charge and with no commitment.

A translation made in Türkiye is accepted
Most first messages ask what a translation costs. The honest answer to that alone is “it depends”, which helps nobody. Three details change the conversation.
The three details
- Which document — with a scan or photograph, even one taken on a phone.
- Which authority will receive it, and in which country. This determines the language, the certification form and sometimes who may translate.
- Whether there is a deadline — an intake, a submission date, an appointment.
Why the copy matters
It allows three checks before any figure is quoted: that the version of the record suits the intended use, that it is legible, and that no missing annotation will make it unusable. A short extract where a detailed one is expected, an absent marginal note, an illegible seal — these are the most common causes of rejection and they are visible in seconds on an image.
What the reply contains
- The exact chain for your case, in order.
- What happens in Türkiye and what must happen in Canada.
- Itemised costs: our work on one side, third-party items on the other.
- A duration estimate distinguishing what depends on us from what depends on an authority.
If your file falls into a category where the receiving body requires a translator on its own register, the reply says so — including when that means we will not be doing the translation.
Send the whole list at once
If your application needs several documents, list them all in the first message, including ones you do not yet have. A file assessed as a whole can be sequenced properly: the slowest item is started first. Split into separate requests, the same list produces avoidable back-and-forth and a longer calendar.
Time zones
Ankara is several hours ahead of Canada. A message sent at the end of your working day arrives here overnight and is answered during our morning — which is usually while you are asleep. That accounts for most apparent delays in a first exchange.

What we will tell you even when it costs us the job
If your file requires a translator registered where you are, if a document is already issued in English, or if the certification you were about to order is not required — the reply says so. That is not generosity; it is the only version of this business that works over time, because a client who paid for something unnecessary does not return and does not recommend.
