Which channel for which question

For a price or a feasibility question, the quickest route is not a message but a document: send it through the quotation form with the destination authority named, and the first reply can already tell you whether the translation may be produced in Türkiye at all. Written enquiries without a document tend to end in a follow-up asking for one.

For a job already in progress, quote the reference on your quotation. For anything involving a deadline set by a foreign authority, say the date in the first message; it changes the order in which we obtain documents.

These English pages have no separate legal section, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight. The company is established in Türkiye, contracts with clients are formed under Turkish law, and the binding texts are the Turkish ones. Publishing an English paraphrase would create a second version that could differ from the text that actually governs.

The texts are: the distance service contract, the pre-contract information form, the right of withdrawal and model form, the delivery, cancellation and refund policy and the terms of use. Data protection is covered by the KVKK privacy notice, the special category data notice and the confidentiality and data security policy. All of them are in Turkish. Ask us about any clause and we will explain it in English before you commit to anything.

Data protection requests

Personal data is processed under the Turkish data protection law, KVKK. Requests to access, correct or delete your data are made through the data subject application form published on the Turkish side of the site, and the statutory response period runs from the date the request reaches us. Because the documents we handle often contain special category data — health reports, criminal records, entries showing religion — that processing rests on your explicit consent, which is why the upload form asks for it separately.

Complaints and disputes

Raise a complaint with us first and in writing; most problems are a misread requirement and are fixed by redoing a step. If it is not resolved, Turkish consumer legislation provides for application to a consumer arbitration committee or a consumer court, with the competent body depending on the value of the claim.
